From level 51 to 55, Heavy Melee Skills are obtained by combining three different types of Rags of War to form a Torn Banner of War. This is then combined with an Prime Steelweave Bale, a T5 rare resource, by a crafter to create a Restored Banner of War. Once you have a Restored Banner of War, you then need to buy a the spell scroll from a trainer and combine them (by right-clicking one of the two) to create the spell of your choice. The prices range from 10-50g each per high level spell.

Level 51:

Level 53:
Pommel Crush: Smashes an opponent with the pommel of your weapon, inflicting 210 to 224 damage. Also has a chance of stunning them for 2 seconds. Increases hate by 718. |
Level 55:
Lock and Load: You order the nearby allies to assault your target, increasing the damage of spell and ranged attacks and the critical hit chance of all attacks by 5%. This focusing of attacks makes them more efficient as well by reducing endurance cost by 15% and energy costs by 5%. This shout can by heard by group members up to 35 meters away. Only one order can be active at a time. |
