Half Elf Tutorial Quests

Overview

Half Elves are a race whose primary Racial Expression is Flattery. They start their diplomatic career in Tanvu in northern Kojan.

To start to the Tutorials you must first speak with Envoy Kalli Yan (Voice of Kaerellun) next to the Exchange Broker in Tanvu (30377, -23774, 3436) who will then send you to your Diplomacy Tutor who is Hido Kani Dawnstar inside the House of Whispers (22465, -25832, 3510). Hail him to start the first quest. (The Half Elves share the same tutorial quests as the Kojani Humans they live beside in Tanvu.)
