Starting NPC: Master Blacksmith Hashi Yamna in the Ahgram Shipyard
Quest Details: The quest NPC told me that I already had done some other quest so apparently I knew enough that he could skip the practice part (I assume all will do this). Just rehailed and got the completed quest and recipe.
Reward: Draconite Sheet recipe.

Quest Details: The quest NPC will give you a "Practice Qalian Interior Draconite Domes" recipe. Craft 3 of these items at Grade A, and turn them in to the same NPC. Takes 10 Draconite sheets per practice Dome. Sheets must be made one at a time. Bring your own Draconite Ore
Real recipe takes 20 Draconite sheets per Dome.
Learning Thestran Draconite Lattice

- 9 Draconite Ore
Starting NPC: Nighthunter Togra in New Targonor crafting area.
Quest Details: Craft 3 Draconite Lattice to grade A. Each practice lattice takes 3 Draconite Ingots. Final Recipe uses 3 Draconite Ingots.
Learning Thestran Draconite Portcullis

Quest Details: Takes 5 Draconite Ingots Per Corner Piece. Craft 3 of these and hand them to Haag. The real recipe takes 5 Draconite Ingots per Corner Piece too.
