Goblin Tutorial Quests
Goblins are a race whose primary Racial Expression is Reason. They start their diplomatic career in Martok in northern Kojan.
To start to the Tutorials you must first find your Diplomacy Tutor. In Martok the first instructor you will meet is Advisor Ma'ax who you will find in the Veenax Garrison (61448, -61010, 1849). Hail him to start the first quest.
