* Find Renegade Aneesha Verthi in the Quarath Desert, and parley with her to try to convince her to give back her silver viper ring.
* Use the flechette if she will not agree to hand the ring.
* Shebtigo has indicated her location in your journal.
Walkthrough:
* After the parley, you have to kill Renegade Aneesha Verthi to loot the ring.
* As quoted from the forums, "Even if you beat her the first time you parley with her, you still have to kill her for the ring. It doesn't really matter [in] which order … although winning the parley means you can kill her right away… whereas the reverse entails waiting for her to respawn."

* “But the bond we once shared seems to have been broken. We need to get that ring back from her but I don’t have the heart to do what may need to be done. So I leave it to you.”

* “Turn around and go back, Leadariel,” snarls Aneesha.
* Aneesha says, “I’m out of here, gone, I won’t bother Shebtigo or any of his lackeys any longer.”
* “If you do more business with them,” warns Aneesha. “Just remember that they are, when it comes down to it, vipers. Snakes.”
* “They may be silver,” she continues. “But even gilded snake still has fangs, and those fangs drop with venom the moment that they are crossed.”
* “Listen, Aneesha,” you say, “I just want to talk for a moment.”
* “Talk, talk!” she shouts. “I’m done with talking.”
* “Aneesha,” you say, “all that your uncle wants is the ring. Just let me have the ring, and we’ll be done here.”
* “If all you want is the ring,” she says, “why do I see one of my uncle’s flechettes hanging from your belt?”
* “No”, she snaps, “I don’t think I’ll make it that easy for you.”
* “If that’s what you’re here for, you’re going to have to take it from me.”

* Shebtigo takes the ring with sad eyes. “It’s done then? Good. I see you do not have the flechette still. Does that mean my niece is dead?”
* Hearing her message, he closes his eyes and breathes deeply. “Thank you for relaying that. It is a minor consolation to know she regretted what she had done. Even if it took death for her to see it.”
* “Here, take these. May they help words succeed for you in the future. We do not need any more death in this world.”
