Speak with the Graduates at the main gate area of Bordinar's Cleft. Help each Graduate decide to join either the Hearthguard or Bloodsworn. Return to Caverson when you have spoken with 10 Graduates.

Walkthrough:

Quest giver is at /loc -18672, -75966, 87336 … which means enter the "castle" and head straight to the back (NW). The Graduates are titled "Graduate Last_Name", and are found just outside the Bordinar's Cleft main gate (SE of the quest giver) to the left and right side of the bridge, /loc 22931, -30981, 87396.
