Quest Description:
* Deliver Haftans packages to the following individuals. Before leaving to make your deliveries, pick up the items described below from Muhedri to bribe the guards at specific sites not to bust you.
* You have 90 minutes to complete this quest.

Walkthrough:
1. You will obtain three side-quests while doing this quest. If you don't accept them at that time, you will have to do the More Deliveries for Haftan quest in order to get them again. It's probably best to simply accept them if you have room in your quest log, since you can do them at your leasure just like any other quest.
2. Most of the NPCs reside near riftway stones, so unlocking all the red network stones will be a "huge" help.
3. You can purchase the items used for bribes before you accept the quest to save a little time. The vendor is just slightly east of the quest giver.
4. Possibly due to a bug, Mineon at Horse Manor is sometimes "invisible". If this happens to you, don't fret! Simply type /targetauto Mineon and once he's selected, press the 'H' key to hail him. This will allow you to parley with him even if you can't see him.
Steps
1. Bind yourself to the Ahgram bindstone.
2. Make a Delivery to Khathuur at Donovan's Roost. Note that the quest misspells him name as "Kathuur" instead of "Khathuur".
3. Bribe Guards at Shidreth with Aukfruit Tobacco
4. Make a Delivery to Alad Jakarre at Sidreth Mining Company encamptment. He will give you the A Fragile Flower side quest.
5. Bribe Guards at Neamsog with Crysolwork Fruit. The easiest way to get there is to go to the CIS riftway stone and choose the Qalia/Qa Riverbank destination.
6. Make a Delivery to Ravnul Greska at Neamsog Bunkers. He is inside the bunker next to the crafting tables. He will offer you the Cluttered Workspace side quest.
7. Make a Delivery to Mineon Frenouran at Horse Manor. Get there by using the Qa Riverbank riftway stone and selecting Qalia/Lomshir Plains as your destination. From there, ride northwest to Horse Manor. Mineon will be inside one of the houses and will offer you the Cheating Vendors side-quest.
8. Bribe Guards at the Beacon with Silver Bars. The Becon of Hafeez al'Azzimat is southwest of Horse Manor, past Dark Horse Downs.
9. Make a Delivery to Bahdor Adesh at The Beacon of Hafeez al'Azzimat.
10. Recall back to Ahgram, turn in the quest, and enjoy your improved Courier's Horse!
* If you take this route, you should finish with plenty of time to spare. I failed two parleys and had two CTDs and finished with just under an hour left.

* "See, the people I deal with aren't patient people, and if these packages don't make it to them soon, they're going to be very angry. Also, these goods aren't exactly legal, so see my friend Muhedri here in Ahgram for some… gifts to give the guards at the locations I'm sending you."
* "Do this right, and I might have more work for you. I'll even give you a better horse to do it with."
