To start to the Tutorials you must first find your Diplomacy Tutor. In Hathor Zhi that is Nalzen Hun'tlar who you will find inside Hathor Zhi (-72638, 11091, -9989). He is located in the central, entry hall of Hathor Zhi near the base of the tunnel where you entered. Hail him to start the first quest.
