Task:

Saori needs you to go to Fisher's Pen, steal rare resources from Farquard Temmers, refine the resource to “Enchanted Refined Materials” and return to Saori.

Walkthrough:

The recipe for refining the resource is a 3500 action point recipe. Do not attempt this at level 35 as you will have no chance. Abandoning the quest will result in - 50 ITO faction (a very big hit). You will have to gain the faction back for the quest to become available again.
