Teleport using Afrit Rift. Enter Afrit Compound and locate Handler Aerco close to right wall who offers An Unworthy Plea (level 45) (Weapon Quest) if you have -1000 full Var Efreet faction.
To earn faction talk with Guard Captain Rexmal (opposite side of compound from Handler Aerco) to receive 2 repeatable quests (Willful Enemies of the Var and Flare Aggression) which is rewarded with Minor Efreeti Card of Fate that you right click to receive a random number of seering stones (50 stones = 1 bag).
Grand Provisioner Taravin (close to Handler Aerco) gives you items for bags of seering stones (each bag is 50 faction points).

Quest: Rebuilding the Weapon
- When you have your group accept teleport to Flare of Tehatamani atop of Chamber of Relics in ToT. Do not jump off or fall off temple. Click the flame to begin. Kill the 4 guardians: Kessikut, Miskennet, Pokkau, and Tessau (48 4dot). Equip weapon and click flame on top of pyramid. You receive the flare emblem in your inventory. Open your equipment screen and right click your reconstructed weapon and it will merge with the flame to form a rare new weapon. You will be teleported instantly to Nusibe Necropolis. Talk with Lord Neferset to complete quest.
Afrit
Quest: Imbuing Arazmus

- Upgrade Arazmus with Infused Efreet Stone to better rare weapon.
Rahz Inkur
Quest: Summon the Oracle
- Location: Rahz Inkur
- Travel: With uber group go to top floor of RI tower
- NPC: Dynahs
- Talk to Quest Efreeti. Click the pedestal beside him to get 3 wisps. Wear Ring of Zukayr (random drop in RI). Walk slowly over the symbols on the outer ring (3 rings: outer, middle, inner). Then name of each symbol will appear on your screen. When you are over the correct symbol (wearing your ring), the name of the symbol will appear in a different color. Right click one of the wisps in your inventory to place it on the symbol. Repeat for the other 2 wisps. Return to the efreeti and he will check the combination. If you get it right, he will tell you to do the same thing for the 2nd and 3rd rings. After all rings are complete, 4 Efreeti will spawn and start attacking the wisps. Your goal is to keep at least one of the wisps alive. There are 3 waves of 4 Effeeti each which get progressively harder. Last wave is 4 level 53. The Oracle spawns after killing the last wave. Kill him and his spirit will remain. With the upgraded weapon equiped, right click the spirt to upgrade your weapon to heroic to complete the quest. Do this quickly before the spirit poofs.
