Summary:

Slay Ksaravi in the entry area of Ksaravi Gulch. Take a Ksaravi as a hostage, and use the wrist binders to get him to talk. Use the binders again to release him. Return to Darya when the Ksaravi hostage has been questioned and released.

Darya says, "We need to turn this game around. Go into the Gulch and kill Ksaravi, but be mindful of any that might be willing to talk."

"Here, take these wrist binders. Make sure you have the binders ready when you obtain a hostage. Then, once you've captured one, take him to a safe place, and apply the wrist binders to get him to talk. After the Ksaravi talks, release him by opening the binders."

"The way into the Gulch is up the sea cliff and then east, down into the ravine."

Head into the Gulch, killing the two-dot Ksaravi as you go. Head right down the fork, and you should come upon some standing Ksaravi that can be right-clicked. An example location for a Capturable Ksaravi is -18806, 83055, 3391.

Right-click on the Capturable Ksaravi to take it hostage. Once you have the hostage, right-click the Ksaravi Wrist Binders in your inventory to "question" it (note that there is no dialogue for your questioning). The Ksaravi Wrist Binders will be consumed, and you will receive Used Ksaravi Wrist Binders in your inventory.

Right-click the Used Ksaravi Wrist Binders to release the hostage.

After, return to Darya for your reward.

Darya says, "So he claimed that the Khal Port Authority agreed to protect the Ksaravi by only sending inept humans after them, and now they feel betrayed because people like ou are being paid to kill them?"

"Fascinating."

Darya says, "Well, I'm aware of no such contact. The Ahgram Military would not play party to such a deal, so the Ksaravi have no basis for their actions."

"Then again, perhaps the rats can't tell the Khal Port Authority apart from the Ahgram Army and Navy."

"Regardless, the agreement isn't authentic unless someone finds that paperwork the rat mentioned."
