"Success! With clues from the Tale of the Lost Ones, I was able to unlock the pedestal. It holds a piece of the schematics needed to build an energy storage cell, one that can reenergize the activation crystal! It also contained a key, as well as directions to the other three parts of the schematic."

"The plans are kept in locked chests atop the points of Tri-Peak Isle, a smaller island located to the west, with three small hills. You must go there and retrieve the rest of the plans. Remember the key!"

The lockboxes are atop each of the three hills on Tri-Peak Isle (in chunk Islands of Madness).
