Head north out of the great hall, down a long corridor. The Sanctum of the Eternal Flame is located at the end of the corridor on the left. As you enter, stay to the left. Gavil Stonewarden is located at -16836, -90303, 86964.

"Whoa, there! You almost walked right into one of my incantations!"

"Whenever you be needing instruction, I am always willing to instruct you. I do charge a nominal fee for my services, however. If you have not trained in some time, I suggest we get started."
