Summary:

Naji slaps a closed fist into her open palm. "Rekai won't get away that easily! I'm sending as many people as I can to look for her. That includes you. I want you to search the hold. Make certain to check the rooms where the elemental creatures Zosun has captured are being held. If you find Officer Rekai Whitetalon, destroy her! I'll be sending someone to assist you."

Search Magi Hold for Officer Rekai. Search the three rooms where the three elementals are being kept, and return to Naji in Magi Hold.

You will need to go into each of the three wings leading off the Furnace Room — north, east and west. In each wing, void the "side ramps" which lead down into small holding rooms with elemental shards. Instead, continue along the center of each room or passage to the reach a central chamber with an elemental Djinn on a large dais in the center. The quest locations will update when you reach the stairs at the back of the central chamber.
