Take the three samples you collected from the previous quest to Akaniaber Ishraqi in the Primal Conclave in Khal.

Take the riftway from the gulch to Khal and head into the inner part of the city. Then follow the docks northwest until the last door before the end of the docks. This will be the Primal Conclave. Akaniaber wanders around inside (both on the top and bottom floor).

Speak to him to complete the quest.

Akaniaber says slowly, "Yes, hmm, these architectural samples are similar to what we have seen in Ksaravi Hollow. The rats are building their homes in a great rust, and we are not certain why."

"We can make a few educated guesses based on their behavior."

Akaniaber says, "First, a bit of history. The Ksaravi are from a place far to the southwest, where they are known as the Imperial Ksaravi.

"I must impress upon you that the Ksaravi are a truly ancient race, and they carry with them traditions that are not hundreds but thousands of years old. They have forgotten how to build houses because they have lived in the homes of their ancestors for so many generations."

"But the few things they remember how to build, like fishing poles, are masterwork items."
